Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDRA GEORGINA MASON
In loving memory of Alexandra Mason. Our hearts are shattered as we try to understand a world without our beautiful Alexandra. She was a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend whose presence changed every life she touched. Alexandra’s passions were family, her love of swimming and coaching synchronized swimming and working with kids of all ages.
She leaves behind her parents, Patricia (Trish) Richardson Mason and Mike Mason and her sister Abigail (Abi) Mason.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund through the Winnipeg Foundation has been created to honour Alexandra’s memory and her love for helping people and for the sport that shaped her life.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. in Winnipeg.

Alex was truly an angel on earth. She coached my daughter’s team this year and was just an amazing person and coach. She taught the girls from day 1 what it meant to be a team. It meant kindness, and friendship first! She made sure each team member knew how special they were. I had a few chats with her about health and it amazed me how resilient and brave she was. She was always most concerned with everyone else always. Her family should feel so proud as you truly had an amazing daughter who left such a meaningful impression to everyone she graced. Sending all my love to Alex’s mom and dad and sister. I’ve never met you but know how much Alex loved you all. Her legacy will always be in team Alex’s heart and they will continue the routine she put together and honour her forever both in the pool and out. - Posted by: Shannon Naldrett (Friend) on: Mar 07, 2026
